If you order a Standard boot online, there is no guarantee of the fit being exactly precise. We are a handmade company built on our pride in custom fitting boots via the process of hand measurements. By selecting Standard, you understand that if your boot is not an exact fit, it is likely not the fault of Frank's manufacturing, just that you may need a more precise fit. We recommend that you send in a fit sheet to ensure precise measurement and guaranteed comfort. If your Standard boot does not fit correctly and you would like to order the same pair in a different size, they are eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges on a case by case basis.
If you choose to Build A Boot and select a Standard Size, these boots are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges as they are of custom design.
Because our hides are extensively tanned in process of becoming ready to use, we are limited in our ability to guarantee variations in consistency and imperfections present in the natural leather. Discoloration, streaking and texturing are not covered in our warranty.
Upon inspection and at our sole discretion, Frank’s Boot Company may repair or replace your handmade boots, if it is a result of material or workmanship flaws, for a period of up to 1 year from purchase date. We do not warranty boots damaged by fire, or other natural elements, or normal wear and tear. We cannot guarantee the comfort of a safety toe boot, as we purchase steel and composite inserts from a third party supplier. Rubbing or any contact in the toe box is not covered by our warranty. Return shipping costs will not be covered under any circumstances. Please contact us with your concerns and we will determine what repairs are necessary.
If you’re purchasing a Standard Option boot, there is no guarantee that the size you choose will be available for immediate shipping. If so, your order will be subject to current lead times
All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. If it is found that the boots have been worn outside or deemed in “used” condition, they would qualify as non-returnable. A 15% restocking/service fee is charged on all Standard option Frank’s Boots. All returns must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging and sales receipt. Return shipping costs will not be covered under any circumstances.
