A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE ON HOW TO ORDER:

BUILD: Choose "Standard Option" or the "Design My Own Boot" option

Standard Option

Choose this option if you want to purchase your boot with all of the standard options offered. Please understand that the boot you choose may not be in stock and your order will be subject to current lead times. If you know what your size is in our handmade boots, choose your size. Otherwise, we recommend using the size conversion chart--understand this is considered a guideline, not a guarantee.

Design My Own Boot

For customizable boots, choose this option. Here you are able to personalize the boot, such as different leather, stitching, hardware color, and a host of add-ons and our skilled craftsman will create the boot you've designed. You can order a standard size or choose to submit a fit sheet and have the boot made to the exact specs of your foot and leg.

FIT SHEET SUBMISSION: Choose the "Mail" button or "Fit sheet On File" option

Mail: By clicking this option, we will know you've downloaded and completed a fit sheet and it is in the mail to us. Once received, it is date stamped. It may take up to two weeks to receive it. Our fit consultant will assess it and contact you by phone in approximately 6-8 weeks. They will go through a series of questions to ensure the most accurate fit possible. The lead time begins the day we receive your fit sheet.

Fit sheet On File: By clicking here, we know we've sized you already from a previous order and have your sizing information on file.

SIZE AND WIDTH: Choose your own size only if you are absolutely certain of your size in the last you've chosen.

Conversion Chart: We offer sizing chart, however it is meant to be used as a guideline, not a guarantee of the fit. We encourage our customers to reach out by phone if they need assistance with choosing a size. 509-309-2903

If you chose the Build My Own Boot Option, there will be a series of online options available, such as upper height, leather colors, and other add-ons. When choosing limited edition leathers or other customizations unavailable online, once you’ve submitted your order, immediately email orders@franksboots.com with:

Your online order # as a reference
The name you placed the order under
Leather choice(s) and specify Smooth, Roughout or SM/RO
Include custom options not available online

CHANGES TO MY MADE TO ORDER BOOT:

Once you've submitted your online or phone order, you must send any change order requests within 48 hours of placing your order to orders@franksboots.com. Please understand changes cannot be made after this point, so choose carefully when ordering. Your order will already be ticketed and in queue for production. ONLY ONE CHANGE REQUEST PER ORDER WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Please note: You will receive a confirmation email that states we've received your changes and have applied them to your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, then please contact us again as e-mails are not always reliable. It may take up to 5-7 business days for a reply.

If you need a fit consultation for a PATRIOT or have questions when completing your fit sheet, call (509) 309-2903 to speak to one of our fit consultants--they would be happy to assist you over the phone.

We are also available at our Spokane, WA location Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturdays 10am-2pm for an in-person fit and consultation free of charge.
