Once you've submitted your online order:

• Email orders@franksboots.com immediately:
• Your online order # as a reference
• The name you placed the order under
• Leather choice(s) and specify Smooth, Roughout or SM/RO
• Include custom options that are not available online

• Or if you place an online order, please email orders@franksboots.com immediately with your upgrade/custom options.

  • Changes MUST be made within 48 hours of the order placed.
  • Be sure to include the name you placed the order under and the order #. If you placed your order by phone you won't need an order #.
  • Only ONE change order will be accepted--no exceptions
  • Please expect 5-7 days for a reply. However, during a sales promotion, it can take 10-12 days.
• Please be aware that by the time your order comes into queue for production, your leather may be out of stock, so please have an alternative as a secondary choice. We will always try to accommodate your choice, but when discontinuing leather, or when the tannery is out of stock-- it's not always possible.

As these boots are custom MTO boots, they're NOT eligible for a refund or exchange and are considered final sale. Most the leather choices below will require a leather liner (included in the price), with the exception of the W&C Latigos

 

Tips on how to choose the right leather:

1) Consider the type of leather you'd like to use. Different leathers have different characteristics and qualities, so think about what your primary use for your boots will be.

2) Decide on the thickness of the leather. Thicker leather will be more durable and last longer, so for longevity you may want to consider one of our four work leathers. However, if The intended use of your boots will be for more casual wear, then you can consider any of our limited edition leathers. Our Instagram gallery is the best place to view our limited edition leathers.

3) Think about the finish of the leather. Different finishes can bring out different qualities in the leather, so think about how you want it to look, how you wanted it to age and patina. 

4) We encourage you to research the source of the leather, the tannery and the process of how it is tanned— this will help solidify your decision.
