Once you've submitted your online order:

• Email orders@franksboots.com immediately:
• Your online order # as a reference
• The name you placed the order under
• Leather choice(s) and specify Smooth, Roughout or SM/RO
• Include custom options that are not available online

• Or if you place an online order, please email orders@franksboots.com immediately with your upgrade/custom options.

  • Changes MUST be made within 48 hours of the order placed.
  • Be sure to include the name you placed the order under and the order #. If you placed your order by phone you won't need an order #.
  • Only ONE change order will be accepted--no exceptions
  • Please expect 5-7 days for a reply. However, during a sales promotion, it can take 10-12 days.
• Please be aware that by the time your order comes into queue for production, your leather may be out of stock, so please have an alternate choice of leather as a secondary choice. We will always try to accommodate your choice, but when discontinuing leather, or when the tannery is out of stock-- it's not always possible.

As these boots are custom MTO boots, they're NOT eligible for a refund or exchange and are considered final sale. All the leather choices below will require a leather liner (included in the price), with the exception of the W&C Latigos.
