TO MAKE CHANGES TO AN EXISTING ORDER:

Once you've submitted your online order, you must send any change order requests within 48 hours of placing your order to orders@franksboots.com. Please understand changes cannot be made after this point, so choose carefully when ordering. Your order will already be ticketed and in queue for production. ONLY ONE CHANGE REQUEST PER ORDER WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Please note: You will receive a confirmation email that states we've received your changes and have applied them to your order.  If you do not receive a confirmation email from us, then please contact us again as e-mails are not always reliable. It may take up to 5-7 business days for a reply.

CURRENT LEAD TIMES:

 Approximately 12-16 weeks of your order date, give or take. However, if you submitted a fit sheet, please know we are working diligently to assess as many as we can in a given day. We are currently receiving a high volume of fit sheets and it is a lengthy process--we appreciate your patience.

Checking the status on your order prior to the 16 week mark causes a pause in the flow of production. So, we value and appreciate your patience. We're so grateful for your order and your excitement!
