CUSTOMIZE AN ONLINE ORDER:
Once you've submitted your online order, you must send any change order requests within 48 hours of placing your order to orders@franksboots.com
- We suggest email immediately after placing your order
- Use your online order # as a reference
- Include the name you placed the order under
- State your Limited Edition leather choice(s) and specify Smooth, Roughout or SM/RO
- Include custom options that are not available online, such as stitching color, type of toe cap, etc.

We are pleased to announce that we now offer a Status@FranksBoots.com email. You can check the status of your order and the status of your fit sheet assessment. Please allow 1-3 business days for an answer.
CURRENT LEAD TIMES:
All lead times are always an estimate as many factors can affect production times. We are currently estimating 12-16 weeks from your order date, give or take. However, if you submitted a fit sheet, please know we are working diligently to assess as many as we can in a given day. We are currently receiving a high volume of fit sheets and it is a very lengthy process--we appreciate your patience.
