Also referred to as a Cuban heel, a slight angle inward
on the outer portion of the heel
Lineman
Like the dogger heel on the outer portion of the heel, and
the inner portion of the heel is at a 90-degree angle
Block
Inner and outer portion of the heel is at a 90-degree angle
Packer
Also referred to as a riding heel or cowboy heel, more angled at the outside portion of the heel than a dogger, but the inner portion is at a 90-degree angle
